For decades, securing precious valuables in Kenya meant trusting institutions with limited transparency, outdated technology, and uncertain insurance. Secure Shield Vault was founded to change that reality — completely.

Drawing on global best practices from the world's most advanced vault facilities in Zurich, Singapore, and Dubai, our founders brought fully automated, robotics-driven safe deposit technology to Nairobi for the first time.

2023

The Vision

Our founders identify a critical gap in Kenya's secure storage market. Research begins into global robotic vault systems, biometric technology, and insurance frameworks. Feasibility studies conducted across Nairobi's business districts.

2024

Engineering & Design

Partnerships formed with world-leading vault robotics engineers. The Malik Heights facility is selected and begins transformation into East Africa's most secure storage environment. Military-grade vault construction commences.

2025

Technology Integration

Full robotic retrieval systems installed and tested. Biometric access control infrastructure deployed. RVM CCTV surveillance network activated. Premium insurance partnerships secured for all stored items.

2026

Secure Shield Vault Opens

Kenya's first fully automated, insured safe deposit vault facility opens at Malik Heights, Ngong Road. Three box sizes — Medium, Large, and X-Large — are made available to individuals, families, and businesses across East Africa.

Advanced Robotics Vision Monitoring (RVM) CCTV covers every centimetre of our facility, including all access corridors, the vault hall, and external entry points — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with encrypted cloud footage retention.
