No. Only you — the registered biometric holder — can initiate a retrieval. No staff member has access to your individual box. You may register a trusted second person at the time of sign-up if you wish to authorise shared access.
Our automated system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can access your box at any time without needing to schedule an appointment or wait for a staff member.
All items are covered by insurance from the moment they enter our facility. At registration, you will declare the value of items to be stored. Full insurance details, including the underwriter and policy terms, are provided before you sign up.
